Iberostar Ensenachos 
Formerly, the Occidental Royal Hideaway Ensenachos, a sumptuous hotel of 506 luxury rooms offering a Deluxe all inclusive packages now administered by the Spanish hotel chain Iberostar since June 2011. Please note on Dec. 15th, 2011 the hotel will be family oriented BUT with an adult only sector (Spa suite, exclusive to Transat Holidays for Canadian customers). There will be a water park in the family sector of the hotel (Park Suite). The only sector with concierge service is the Grand Village Suite (but no longer Butler service).
What makes it unique, there is only one hotel on the island. By respect for the environment, no new structure shall not exceed the height of a royal palm, 2-3 floors and shall keep the existing mangroves and dunes for protection against hurricanes.
Cuba is very environmentally friendly. For the same reason, the causeway has so many bridges!
Proper attire is required at night in hotel restaurants (long pants and closed shoes for gentlemen).

The complex Iberostar Ensenachos is divided into three sectors, the Park Suite, Spa Suite and the Gran Village Suite located at the end of Playa Ensenachos (private luxury villas of one or two separate rooms for 14 years old minimum guest).

Welcome cocktail and face towels scented on arrival, restaurants « A la carte » and buffet, snacks and local drinks (and international), room service, transit service electric car 24 hours service, entertainment programs, pool table, darts, chess, tennis, backgammon, badminton, bingo, bike, dance classes, dominoes, Spanish course, beach towels in room, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
NOTE: The lobby bar is now open from 7 am @ 1 pm instead of 24 h. The room service is available from 11 am to 11 pm instead of 24 h. Customers, who want the service after business hours, must now go to the buffet to be opened as a snack bar.
