If you need to see a doctor for an emergency, you can either call the front desk and a doctor (ambulance if necessary) will come to your room, OR you pay a taxi to get to the clinic which is located just minutes away from the hotels.

Note that these services are not part of your all-inclusive package, and you have to pay the bill. However, you will be surprised to see the quality of care received versus the price.
